You will be assigned a project manager who will be the central point of contact for the project, however for certain technical elements you may also be speak directly with our developers.
We prefer to provide regular project updates via email and a chosen messaging service (if agreed), such as Slack.
We will also provide the opportunity to have regular video calls with the project manager each month and sometimes also the wider web development team.
We will refer you to the development website when certain key milestones need to be review by you.
We track project progress internally via Gantt charts and dedicated project management systems (such as Trello).
